Gear Tester
Equipment Usage
1. In-process monitoring & closed-loop correction – Measure profile, lead, and pitch during machining; feed data back to cutting/grinding machines for automatic correction.
2. Functional mesh inspection – Double-flank rolling with a master gear simulates running conditions; captures composite error, runout, pitch error, nicks/burrs, and noise-related quality.
3. Assembly & final verification – Test assembled units (e.g., differentials) for transmission error, support rigidity, and NVH screening at line-end quality gates.
Key Description
1. Precision & stability – Micron-level measurement of profile, lead, pitch, runout, and transmission error; rigid structure with thermal compensation for low drift and repeatable long-run results.
2. Broad product fit – Spur/helical, bevel, worm gears, planetary/differential assemblies, automotive/EV gears, robotics and instrument gears.
3. Production-ready – Lab, in-process, and line-end use; closed-loop correction, pass/fail sorting, NVH screening, and traceable batch consistency.
