EXW Ex Works
Buyer bears all risks and costs after picking up goods from seller's factory
FOB Free on Board
Seller bears all costs and risks before goods are loaded on vessel
CIF Cost, Insurance & Freight
Seller responsible for freight and insurance to destination port
DDP Delivered Duty Paid
Seller bears all costs and risks to specified destination
Payment Terms
Standard Payment Methods
- • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (new customers)
- • Letter of Credit (L/C): Accept sight or usance L/C (bank qualification review required)
- • Credit Terms: NET 30/60 days (limited to customers with established credit)
Delivery & Logistics
Lead Time: Standard orders 15-30 working days (subject to order confirmation), urgent orders negotiable for expedited processing.
Packaging Standards: Export wooden cases, moisture-proof packaging and necessary rust prevention treatment, compliant with ISPM 15 international standards.
Cargo Insurance: Buyers are advised to purchase cargo transportation insurance. Under CIF/CIP terms, seller provides minimum insurance coverage (110% of invoice value).
Quality Assurance & Inspection
- ✓ All products undergo comprehensive quality inspection before shipment, with inspection reports (COC) provided
- ✓ Accept third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS, TÜV) for on-site inspection
- ✓ Warranty period: 12 months after delivery or 6 months after use (whichever comes first)
- ✓ Quality disputes must be raised in writing within 7 working days of receipt
Intellectual Property Protection
Drawings, technical specifications and commercial information provided by customers will be strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties without authorization.
We respect customers' intellectual property rights and will not sell custom products to other customers or use them for unauthorized purposes.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).
Dispute Resolution: Parties shall first resolve disputes through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, submit to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules, with Shenzhen, China as the place of arbitration.
Language: Arbitration language is Chinese, negotiable to use English when involving international customers.

Quotation Process
Requirement Submission
Submit drawings, technical requirements, quantities and delivery time via online form, email or phone
Technical Assessment
Engineering team analyzes manufacturability, process routes and potential technical challenges (2-24 hours)
Formal Quotation
Provide detailed quotation including unit price, total price, delivery time, payment terms and validity period (typically 30 days)
Order Confirmation
Parties sign order contract or purchase order (PO), price locked and subject to contract
Quotation Validity & Adjustments
Standard Validity Period
Formal quotations are generally valid for 30 days. After expiration, prices may be adjusted due to raw material costs, exchange rates or capacity changes and require reconfirmation.
Price Adjustment Clause
In long-term contracts or framework agreements, if raw material prices fluctuate by more than ±10%, or force majeure events occur (such as policy changes, natural disasters), parties may negotiate price adjustments.
Volume Discounts
Customers with annual purchase volumes reaching certain scales may enjoy tiered discounts or VIP pricing. Please contact our sales team for details.
